+ CSR / Production Planner

 This position is responsible for managing the customer experience from the accepting of the customer order to providing the product to the customer. This includes creating production schedules, identifying the materials required, obtaining those materials and fulfillment of those orders.

This position will be a full time regular position, Monday – Friday, with overtime as required



Knowledge of production planning process (MPS, MRP, etc.).
Familiarity with products being produced and operations/staffing required to produce
Knowledge of purchasing ethics principles
Computer skills – Ability to efficiently complete tasks using a variety computer software tools
Mathematical skills- Ability to work consistently with prices, quantities, inventories, etc. and utilize
mathematical and spreadsheet skills in planning process
Accounting – Knowledge of accounting process to facilitate accounting entries and reporting
Phone & E-Mail Etiquette – Effectively communicate with customers with vocal and written
Time Management – Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work in spite of interruptions
Active Listening – Gives full attention to what other people are saying to capture input, asks questions as
appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Positive presentation – Provides consistent positive company image to customers through helpful attitude

Job Responsibilities:

Provide accurate description of requested materials to suppliers
Regular customer contact via phone or e-mail to accept orders and communicate orderstatus
Entry of sales orders into ERP system
Reviews orders for proper information including purchasing price, lead-times and ordered part revision.
Creation of production schedules based on sales order demands including creation of work orders
Development of material requirements, including quality requirements, based on production schedules
Create purchase orders for materials and communicates with suppliers on needs
Coordinate production priority for operations to complete activity
Manage accounting transactions sales order invoicing / accounts receivable
Works with Engineering to set up Bill of Materials and resource usages that drive part standard costs
Perform other duties as assigned

Follow correct waste handling procedures
Complete timely housekeeping duties
Know the benefits and consequences to the environmental procedures


Accurate description of the requested materials
Timely supply of materials
Assist in quality problem solution with suppliers
